About

Our nonprofit was born out of a deep passion for fostering community and creating opportunities for women to reclaim their strength, confidence, and independence.
Inspired by my friend Jane’s journey as a highly educated immigrant struggling to find meaningful work, I saw firsthand the barriers many women face in their quest for stability and fulfillment. Too often, we are left to face challenges alone, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
Having faced my own challenges in 2018, I found my salvation in self-development. Taking a leap of faith, I packed up my three-story house into just four suitcases and moved to Brazil with my two daughters. There, I rediscovered nature, peace, space, and time to invest in myself. It was a bold move that not everyone has the opportunity or confidence to make.
Jane then introduced me to Regi, whose pure heart and dedication to reaching as many women as possible resonated deeply with me. Regi has a beautiful and challenging life story. She was divorced at 24, having just graduated in Psychology, with a young son, from a dysfunctional relationship. She has successfully launched her career by helping many women and couples, opening three businesses, including her own health clinic in Brazil, and becoming a reference in mental health.

The alignment as board members was essential to bringing this vision to life, as we are three women who discovered strength and beauty through a lot of pressure, as most women do.
In many cultures, community is a pillar of strength, where support is unconditional and setbacks are seen as stepping stones. We envision creating that same sense of belonging and empowerment — starting in Greater Vancouver and expanding across North America and beyond. Through holistic support, wellness resources, and community-driven programs, we aim to provide women with the tools and connections they need to flourish and shine.
We truly believe that life should not be a constant struggle. When we surround ourselves with support, embrace our potential, and reconnect with the beauty of the world, we can create our own version of paradise on Earth. This vision is already resonating deeply, and we are excited for those who see and feel its potential to join us in bringing it to life.

"My journey has taken me around the world through various job opportunities after earning my degree in Hospitality Management. I have owned and operated Let’s Go Transportation Ltd., worked as a freelance English teacher in Brazil, worked as a financial consultant, and worked as a transformational life coach. These diverse experiences have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to serve as a board member, CEO, and treasurer of this incredible non-profit organization dedicated to building a movement that will uplift women for generations to come."

From pain to strength, from doubt to realization. A Brazilian psychologist, loving mother, supportive wife, loyal friend, and longing daughter. At 24, I faced a divorce, newly graduated and a single mother, I chose not to stop. I built three companies, became a reference in mental health, and at 37, restarted in a new country, without the language. 'Be Embraced' is so that no woman doubts her ability to be reborn. The journey is challenging, but the possibilities are endless. Celebrate your resilience, woman!"
