Our 10th event is officially underway, and we are so excited to gather again on June 13th at our regular location and time for another powerful evening of connection, growth, empowerment, and community.
This month we are honoured to feature two incredible women who are helping others reclaim confidence, wellness, and personal transformation in deeply meaningful ways.
We are excited to welcome Rupa Arora from UROSPOT, a leader in pelvic health and wellness. UROSPOT focuses on strengthening and improving pelvic floor health through innovative, non-invasive technology and education. Rupa brings awareness to a topic many women silently struggle with, including bladder leakage, core weakness, intimacy concerns, posture, confidence, and overall wellness. Her work empowers women to better understand their bodies, restore strength from within, and improve their quality of life with confidence and support.
